PXI comprehensive detection system

The coupling/decoupling network is composed of two parts: coupling and decoupling. The role of decoupling is mainly to block the useful signal leakage to the power supply side (AE port) at the same time. The harassment signal of the measured device (EUT port) is transmitted to the signal port (RF port) in order to measure the instrument measurement, or transmits the electromagnetic harassment signal of the radio frequency transmitter to the measured device.

The goals of general performance index detection, health state assessment, and replacement training training; combined with the characteristics of portable and convenient measurement of the system, the efficient maintenance of online testing and equipment fault maintenance is achieved.

The system hardware platform adopts standard PXIE chassis, built -in broadband programming signal source, microwave spectrum analyzer, audio analyzer and other standard PXI board cards. Forecasting and health management techniques are diagnosed and evaluated to equipment health, and the fault maintenance function of typical equipment is realized.

Equipment indicator test subsystem

The indicator test system is completed based on the broadband programming signal source and signal analyzer. Test signal types include: microwave signals, radio frequency signals, intermediate frequency signals and audio signals. Test objects include: low noise amplifier, receiving/transmitting filter group, lower inverter, intermediate frequency distributor, analysis receiver, monitoring receiver, interference signal generator, interference motorizer, etc.

Universal Instrument Instrument System

It is used to provide commonly used instrument functions, which mainly include three parts: signal subsystem, spectrum analysis subsystem, and audio millivalent meter subsystem.

Equipment replacement subsystem

Based on PHM technology assessment equipment status, complete the test diagnosis and fault management function of common faults of task equipment, and achieve replacement repairs.

Equipment fault database subsystem

Equipment fault database subsystem completes the failure of the equipment and components of the inspection equipment and components. Through the continuous expansion and improvement of the fault data system, students can fully use the expansion function of replacement maintenance to further strengthen the fault positioning and learning ability. The fault database is synchronized with the replacement maintenance process, and dynamically adjust the maintenance and test functions; combined with the script language technology to achieve independent testing.

The current injection probe is mainly used for conducting sensitivity measurement; The interference signal is injected into the signal cable or power line of EUT to simulate external interference to determine the conduction sensitivity of EUT.

CDN016-M3 Coupling decoupling network
